With Shared Personal Training, you’ll be working with other people who are working towards similar goals. Your training will be personalised to your needs, and our coaches will be with you every step of the way. There’s no need to worry about holding the group back, as we tailor sessions to each individual.

Maximum 6 per class.

Our classes are limited to a maximum of 6 people, we’ve found this gives the best balance of face-to-face time with our coaches but keeps the social/group aspect of a class.

Led by coaches with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the fitness industry.
