The London Fit Club offers fun, effective, semi-private personal training in Surrey Quays. Our small group personal training services help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

Semi-private personal training reduces the cost of personal training without compromising its quality and effect. With our shared personal training in Surrey Quays, you can benefit from best-in-class training and programming while training alongside like-minded clients. 

Through semi-private personal training, you can find extra motivation, support, and accountability. You train as a group while receiving the benefits of training with an expert coach, who adapts the programme to your specific needs and skill level. 

With semi-private personal training, you’ll be working with other clients who are working towards similar goals. Your training will be personalised to your needs, and our coaches will be with you every step of the way. There’s no need to worry about holding the group back, as we tailor sessions to each individual.

After your initial consultation with our team in Surrey Quays, you will be ready to begin your shared PT experience.

Semi-private Personal Training

These classes are focused on 4 key elements:

Strength & Conditioning, Functional Movement, Mobility, Recovery.

Maximum 6 per class.

Our classes are limited to a maximum of 6 people, we’ve found this gives the best balance of face-to-face time with our coaches but keeps the social/group aspect of a class.

 

Led by experienced coaches.

Led by coaches with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the fitness industry.

£160 p/m

Two Sessions Per Week

Monday 6:30 pm

Wednesday 6:30 pm
