These classes are focused on 4 key elements:

Strength & Conditioning, Functional Movement, Mobility, Recovery.

Maximum 6 per class.

Our classes are limited to a maximum of 6 people, we’ve found this gives the best balance of face-to-face time with our coaches but keeps the social/group aspect of a class.

 

Led by experienced coaches.

Led by coaches with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the fitness industry.

£160 p/m

Two Sessions Per Week

Monday 6:30 pm

Wednesday 6:30 pm
