TRUE STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Our classes follow a programme designed to help you improve your overall strength and conditioning. Our team of experts has put together a training system that works for elite athletes, weekend warriors, and those new to training. 

We focus on challenging and progressive goal-based S&C training. We do the work so you can focus on the training. 

Over time, our classes will develop your skills, strength, endurance and recovery. They will make you stronger, fitter, faster and healthier.

Strength

Create a strong, athletic body using the principles of strength training. In this class, you will focus on lifting heavier weights over time through progressive overload, using compound movements and strength training fundamentals.

We will provide technical coaching to ensure perfect form. You’ll lift heavier than before and develop a bulletproof body, leaving every class feeling stronger, more capable and powerful.

Endurance

The ultimate test of mind over matter. Expect to be pushed beyond your limits. This class will help you push through by increasing your ability to work under load whilst teaching you how to recover from high-intensity exercise. 

You’ll learn to love the grind.

Conditioning

A full-body metabolic conditioning workout. You’ll be working through full-body, multi-joint, high-power movements., utilising a mix of equipment, body weight, dumbbells, kettlebells and all forms of cardio.

You’ll feel the intensity of the session increase as it goes on.

power

Unleash your inner athlete with Power, a dynamic and challenging class combining the best weightlifting, gymnastics, and conditioning. This mixed-modal workout will push your limits and help you achieve a new fitness level.

LDN FIT Wod

Team-based training. This is the opportunity to let your competitiveness shine in our team-based workout.

Push yourself and your teammates as you take on a series of challenging exercises, bringing together all the elements of our S&C classes.
