After your initial assessment and consultation with our team, you will be assigned a personal trainer who will be responsible for your personal training and nutrition. Your personal trainer will ensure your programme is tailored to your needs and goals and will progress you through the programme, making changes and updates to ensure you’re always making progress.
Your personal trainer will be available to provide advice and guidance on your life outside the studio and help you modify existing habits to reach your health and fitness goals.

Most of my gym experiences have been pretty standard and boring, this is completely and utterly about you and the unique strengths and weaknesses of your body, he analyses every element of your movement and diet and adapts the training to help make you the best version of yourself. He is passionate about every element of health. I know the team are also experts with food prep which looks amazing. Although I haven’t tried that yet, Hassan and I talk about food a lot and he advises (keeps an eye!) on my diet. I couldn’t recommend them more, particularly people that don’t feel confident in the gym and want a tailored, personal approach.”
