Small Group Personal Training
Our small group personal training sessions are a fantastic way to complement your current health and wellbeing regime, all sessions are held at our very own personal training facility in the Surrey Quays area.
If you want to commit to a healthy lifestyle change in a safe and fun environment, but still working alongside one of our licensed coaches, then look no further. He / She will put you through your paces and create the most beneficial and effective workout to get you one step closer to your goals.
We offer a range of small group sessions to cater for your individual needs. Each class is tailored and places emphasis on you performing and functioning better therefore improving overall lifestyle change.
Each session will consist of a maximum of 8 people ensuring that the coach can analyse your technique guarding your safety through the specified exercise.
Every session starts with the essential foam rolling and mobilisation techniques, making sure that your body is prepared and ready for your exercise session.
Moving onto the main body of the session followed by a cool down and stretch to return your body back to its natural state relieving the stress from the day and releasing those endorphins to bring about a better you without the need for that snooze button in the morning improving your health and wellbeing all at once.

How to book:
- To book please register your details with us and book your place through the class timetable above
- Payments can be made via card
- Each session can be booked up to 7 days in advance
- If you cannot make the session please contact us with a minimum 10 hours’ notice so that your place can be reallocated
- Up to 2 places may be booked at any one time
