Kids 1-2-1 Personal Training
Our sessions are designed to empower children with the tools, knowledge and confidence to embrace a healthy lifestyle.
Each session is customised to suit the child age, fitness level, and personal goals, whether it's building strength, improving coordination, or simply staying active.
By promoting regular physical activity and a positive attitude toward Health and Fitness, we help your child develop habits that last a lifetime.
Our experienced trainers specialise in working with children, understanding how to motivate, inspire, and challenge them in a way that builds confidence and self-esteem.
Regular exercise can help improve Physical Fitness and Health, Enhance Mental Wellbeing and Focus, Build Discipline and Routine as well as supporting specific health goals.

Kids Fitness classes are designed to be fun and engaging, promoting endurance, flexibility, and coordination while fostering a love for fitness and an active lifestyle.
All classes are 1 hour, and every Friday at 5 pm
