The London Fit Club places great emphasis on the value of good health and actively promotes an active lifestyle from a young age, recognising the long-term benefits it brings to individuals by instilling healthy habits, encouraging physical activity, and fostering a positive mindset towards fitness and overall well-being.
Kids Karate
Kids karate classes teach fundamental techniques, self-defence, and values such as discipline and respect.
The classes are 1 hour long, we host them at our studio every Friday at 5 pm.
Age groups: 6-14 and 15-17

Kids 1-2-1 PT refers to one-on-one personal training sessions designed specifically for children, focusing on their individual needs and development
