Personal Training/1-2-1 Coaching

To start you on your bespoke health and wellness journey, you are invited to come in for a 1 hour consultation which will involve an assessment of your general health, well-being and mobility. This helps us create a bespoke development plan to meet your health and wellness needs and recommend a program to achieve and maintain your goals.

Our coaches specialise in spinal health, strength and conditioning, speed and agility and mobility. You will be allocated a Coach(s) who is best qualified to support you through your development plan.

We work with a holistic approach focusing on injury rehabilitation, alignment and mobility before pushing you through your paces with whatever is required to achieve your goal.

The cost of your consultation will be refunded through a free 1-week #FitterTogether class pass voucher, which you can redeem at any time against any of our small group exercise classes.
