Small Group PT #FitterTogether

At The LDN Fit Club we have created a program of small group exercise classes (maximum 8 fitties in each class). We have called these ‘The Fit Club Fundamentals’ because they are especially designed to introduce our clients to new skills and exercise techniques using own body weight as well as functional equipment and weights to develop correct technique, strength, mobility and stamina. Fit Club Fundamentals classes take place in in a supportive and motivating environment to allow you to get #FitterTogether.
