Peter

Peter was always interested in fitness and wellbeing but it wasn’t until preparing for his solo trip to the Himalayas where he would see Mt Everest that he became truly attentive with it. Since then he got hooked to alpine mountaineering and went for many trips to places like Alps or even Scottish Highlands where he experienced some of his best climbs. He realised how demanding is the preparation and how rewarding is to achieve your goals and decided to follow his passion and show others what they are really capable of.

He tested his body to the maximum which eventually resulted in injuring himself on one of the climbs. But he saw the surgery and rehabilitation as a blessing as in that time he studied human body and the way it works relentlessly working along side some of great physiotherapist which was a valuable experience and lesson for him. Back then he realised the importance of structural integrity of a body and how to use it in order to make it stronger and injury free.

Peters mission is to show the people how to be the best and the strongest version of themselves. Each client is his own personal challenge and one thing he hates the most is losing and he will make sure you will reach the goals that you never even dreamt of having.
