How long do my Meals last?

Your meals will last for up to 3 days in refrigeration

How do I Heat up my meals?

There are a variety of options available for heating up your meals. All of our containers, with the exception of salad containers and bottles, are microwaveable. This is the most convenient and easy method, and we recommend microwaving for around 2 minutes and 30 seconds until the food is thoroughly heated through.

However, to maintain the quality of your meal, we recommend using an oven or stove to heat it up. If you choose to do so, please ensure that you transfer your food to a suitable container or pan and heat it through thoroughly.

Can I change my Subscription?

Yes, you can change your food subscription package with 1 month's notice. At Fit Food LDN, we understand that your dietary needs may change over time, so we offer flexibility in our food subscription plans.

To change your package, simply get in touch with us on our customer service line 0203 60 60 560 or drop us an email at info@ldnfitclub.co.uk, Please note that we require at least 1 month's notice prior to your next scheduled collection to ensure that we have enough time to make the necessary changes to your subscription.

How does Fit Food LDN ensure it’s Meals are Nutritionally Balanced?

Our team of expert chefs and nutritionists carefully design and craft each meal to ensure that it is nutritionally balanced and provides the right balance of macronutrients (carbohydrates, protein, and fats) and micronutrients (vitamins and minerals) needed for optimal health and wellbeing.

How does the Ordering and Delivery process work?

You can choose your food subscription package online via our website or by purchasing it in-store at The LDN Fit Club. All menus are sent out via WhatsApp and published on our Fit Food LDN Instagram page every Saturday and Tuesday. Additionally, you have the option to order specific individual meals or beverages singularly. To place an order, you can simply request your meal choice via Instagram, WhatsApp, or by contacting us at info@ldnfitclub.co.uk

Our meals are freshly prepared and delivered to our pickup point at The LDN Fit Club, and are available for pickup on Mondays and Thursdays between 07:00 and 21:00. This ensures that you have delicious and nutritious meals ready to eat at your convenience.
