Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga (90 mins)The Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga. Ashtanga means eight limbs or branches, of which physical yoga posture is merely one branch, breath is another. The primary series is delivered by our resident Holistic Wellness instructor Coco, who will take students through the sequential order of standing and seated postures; finding flow in your movement, breath, alignment and balance. The class is dynamic and therefore challenging, however, students are rewarded with a much deserved 15 minutes of guided meditation at the end to complete their practice.
Karate Club( With Mike)Shito Ryu Karate, taught by a 3rd Dan Black Belt with over20 years of experience and at World Competition Level. Mike will teach your children in a fun and disciplined environment.
PilatesClassical matwork with a Dynamic twist; primarily own body weight but some equipment added to the twist (bands/blocks/light dumbells). Day time classes suitable for pre and post-natal.
Conditioning Core & MoreYour class will start with core exercises; a mixture of static and dynamic movements to activate and strengthen your abs, hamstrings and glutes. This gets you ready for the second part of the class; a combination of plyometric exercises and the coach’s speciality (e.g. kick boxing) to finish off your workout. A great class to improve speed and stamina.
Kettlebells/Lifting FundamentalsThis class is taken by our resident professional fitness model who will teach you the fundamental of using load bearing equipment (Dumbells/Barbells/Kettlebells) to lift and chisel your body into shape safely and effectively.
Thai BoxingLearn the art of kicking and boxing muay thai style. An exhilarating fun workout that will leave you sweat drenched and feeling accomplished.
Functional FundamentalsA full body MOT using own body weight and functional equipment (including sled and TRX) to improve strength, mobility and endurance.
Fascia ReleaseA class dedicated to releasing tension in your body – working from your feat through your calves, hamstrings, glutes, thoracic spine and neck – including relaxing breathing techniques and meditation. A perfect way to recover aches and pains and calm down the central nervous system.
Rehab to RehealA combination of breathing techniques, mobility and fascia release – with a focus on spinal health.
